- What certifications do you have?
Our factory Dongguan Guanglei passed ISO9001, ISO14000 and BSCI. All products had passed
more than 300 domestic and international certificates such as CQC, CTL, EU, CE, RoHS, FCC, ETL,
CARB, etc. There are over than 100 patent certificates of appearance patent, and 35 patent
certificates of utility models.

- Are you the manufacturer?
Yes, we are the manufacturer. We have specialized in the air purifiers field since 1995. We
own 25000 square meter factory Dongguan Guanglei. Many brand buyers established good
cooperation with us in our 27 years development.
2,Any MOQ requirement?
MOQ for OEM/ODM and stock have shown in Basic Info. Of each product.
3, How long is your normal product delivery period?
For samples, the delivery time is within 5 working days. For mass production, the delivery time is 15-35 days after receiving the deposit. The delivery time will be effective after we receive your deposit, and we obtain your final approval for your product. If our delivery time does not meet your deadline, please check your requirements in your sales. In all cases, we will try our best to meet your needs. In most cases, we can do this.

5) Quality control
- What testing equipment or lab do you have?
Silk screen department, Drop testing, CADR test chamber, Endurance testing, Temperature/Humidity testing, Transit testing, Injection department, Products moulding, NJoisy testing, etc.

100% inspection before delivery. Our company has strict quality control process.
3,How about the traceability of your products?
Each batch of products can be tracked back to the supplier, batching personnel and filling team by production date and batch number, to ensure that any production process is traceable.

6) Shipment
1,Do you ensure safe and reliable delivery of products?
Yes, we always use high-quality packaging for shipping. Drop testing and transit testing will be hold before shipment.
2,What is the shipping way?
Regarding the small quantity order, we can send them by FedEx, DHL, SF express, UPS. The large quantity goods are shipped by ocean shipping according to customer's demands.
3,How about the shipping fees?
The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the quickest but also most excpensive way. BY sea is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way.

Our prices are subject to change depending on supply and other market factors. There are price and market protection for exclusive sale agent.
3,Can i get free samples for test from your company?
Samples are available, but sample fee and shipping cost will be collected, when you place an order, sample fee will return to you.
4,Could we print our logo in the product?
We provide OEM service which includes logo printing, gift box and carton design.

What are the acceptable payment methods for your company?
30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T balance payment before shipment. More payment methods depend
on your order quantity
